What’s the order Policy Information?
Payment: 30% deposit is required to place orders, the remaining 70% can be paid against the shipping doc. copy. L/C at sight is acceptable as well.
Delivery time: Lead times for orders depends on when order be placed and what’s products are. Average delivery time for new products order will be around 120days while for repeat orders 90days. Fully metal products(no weaving , no wood) can be ready in 60days. The lead time begins from the date of the 30% deposit has been received.

Some of our outdoor furniture is typically low-maintenance just by virtue of the materials we use in production, while some types of furniture requires more care than others. Home&Garden recommends to cover your furniture with a heavy-duty, waterproof cover while not in use and in the off season, this will ensure the longest life possible for your investment. What is your warranty?
All products come with a standard warranty against manufacturers defect.
Warranty: Our premium outdoor furniture is designed and built to be the highest standards to last for many years of enjoyment. Home&Garden warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our furniture and accessories and all its parts and components are free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you find a defect in materials or workmanship in any part or component, Home&Garden will repair or replace the products at no charge. “Defects” as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection in materials or workmanship that will impair the use of the product.
Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of parts and components. The warranty excludes:
(1) Defects caused by improper assembly;
(2) Defects caused to the product because of product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence after purchase.
(3) Normal wear and tear due to age
(4) Disappointment in the customer choice of color or model.
The warranty does NOT apply in case of fading of cushion or sling fabrics caused by general wear and tear or failure to comply with care and maintenance instructions.
Home&Garden is pleased to offer you a 5:3:2:1 year limited warranty on our furniture, in a residential setting:
5 years warranty for the structural frame, while powder coating finish warranty lasts for 2 years, against peeling or blistering, and 1 year against significant fading. (Please note: Hand painted frame finishes are unique and are not covered under this warranty for any reason. )
5 years warranty on Sunbrella fabric and a 2-year warranty on Sunproof and Axvision fabricWe and other China made fabrics.
3 years of teak and Eucalyptus structure and frame, while while not include the color fading or changing after ages.
2 years warranty on PE wicker and rope if there is no special request from the purchasing party, while we can offer 3-5 years warranty materials if the request came up along with inquiry or orders.
1 year of cushion fill materials, concrete, stone, table tops, fire pits, gazebos, accessories and parts.
In some cases, product wear and tear may be depreciated for the time the product was in use. Home&Garden reserves the right to make substitution with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer is available. The replacement will be on the individual item or items, not a complete setting. The client is responsible for all freight charges associated with warranty related replacements. Home&Garden is not responsible for shipping and transportation charges associated with warranty claims.
This warranty takes effect from the day of purchase and will not be renewed or extended as a result of a product being repaired or replaced pursuant to a claim. To the extent allowed by law, this warranty is offered for the benefit of the product purchaser only and is not transferable.
